OF COURSE! We want you to be as comfortable as possible so if you need to get up and move, use the bathroom or get fresh air please say and we will accommodate for that.

YES! We encourage you to communicate with us about anything appointment related, how the treatment feels and even personal conversation if you want to rant or get anything off your chest! ALSO, if you are having a tough day and don’t want to talk please do not hesitate to ask for a “quiet” session. We can pop on some relaxing music and limit conversation.

PLEASE! We want the treatment to be beneficial but also want you to be comfortable so please communicate with us and we can adjust to you.

GET THOSE Z’s, it’s very common for people to fall asleep especially in our later appointments or maintenance massage as it is a more relaxing setting than our other treatments, we will continue with our treatment as planned and wake you at the end of the session if you have not already awoken.

Shorts and T-shirt are the most appropriate clothing for any of our treatments however, area dependent we may require these items to be removed and we ask you wear appropriate underwear, a bra that can be undone is easier but, if you don’t own one we can leave to room while you make yourself comfortable and decent, face down on the massage bed.

We plan our sessions based on what you are concerned about when you arrive and allocate our time to those areas we can do extras but they will have to be done in the time slot and it may mean cutting treatment on other areas short.

YES! However, I do have a cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, payment is expected in FULL before you can book another appointment. This is due to there not being enough time for me to fill your spot. If you cancel within 48 hours, your 50% boking deposit will be taken as payment for cancellation.

Rescheduling your appointment for another within 7 days of your previously booked appointment will result in deferred deposit ( your original deposit will be transferred to the new appointment). However if this is within 48 hours, the cancellation policy comes into affect.

These things happen however if you are more than 15 minutes late it is unlikely we can utilise your appointment effectively. You can still turn up for your appointment and we will use the remainder of the time but full payment will be expected whether you turn up or not. I will not run over past your appointment time if you are late as this will affect other customers

We accept card or cash on the day or if you book online there is an option to pay online in advance of your appointment. Our card machine takes contactless and Apple Pay. If for example, you only have £30 and your treatment is £25, I do not have change however I can add the £5 as credit on your account and your next appointment will use that £5. We also do this when you buy bundles, by adding credit to your account and deducting from your credit as and when you come in for treatments.

Yes of course! Some of you like to do it after every appointment and some like to do around the holidays however, we do not expect tips but are grateful for any we receive.

This is completely up to you, you can pay online before, you can pay as you enter the room or how I usually take payment, before you leave after your treatment but the choice is yours!

This is not necessary! However, if you want taping done its will stick better if you shave that area before but it is not needed!

It is preferred that you turn up clean and hygienic for your appointment but…This is also not needed! If you have been in the gym before hand and are all sweaty you do not need to shower! I have towels for each client during the day and you can simply wipe off on one of the towels before your massage!

I have a variety of different oils for different types of skins and I wear gloves during treatment to reduce cross contamination. Please feel free to check with me if you can have a massage or tell me if you have an infectious condition!
