Our list of treatments

  • Maintainence massage

The Go To option if you don’t require anything too specific and want a treatment for general wellbeing to flush out waste product and encourage blood flow throughout the full body which can help improve lymphatic drainage and relax the body and mind.

  • Deep tissue massage

Similar to a general massage treatment however, with added pressure to get deeper into the muscle tissues and relieve any tight areas that you may have trouble sorting yourself. This would typically work on one or two focus areas per session.

  • sports massage

We use Muscle Energy Techniques such as pin and stretch movements in combination with deep tissue massage to regain range of movement, strength and reduce symptoms quicker than stretching or active recovery alone.

  • Cupping

A form of Chinese medicine that has been around for thousands of years to treat a wide range of health problems. It is designed to help the body reduce inflammation by using suction and plastic cups. These cups can be placed on dry and static meaning they will stay in place and work a focused area, or they can be used wet and dynamic meaning massage oils are used to help the cup glide over the target zone to create a suction massage.

  • Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment that healthcare providers use for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. With this technique, a provider inserts thin needles into or near your trigger points. The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch.

  • Injury assessment/exercise rehabilitation

To determine what treatment is best for each individual, an initial/injury consultation is required which can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes depending on the complexity of an injury or condition. If an injury is identified, exercise rehabilitation will be prescribed.
